20th October 2008, Monday - Today mark the day of a gruesome death that shocks the nation. Death of not only one, but two individuals. "I can't believe what I saw, it was a monstrous act !".
It was inhuman, undeniably. Gareth Chew and Grace Wong, both 1st year in Bachelor of Psychology were gruesomely murdered. Gareth Chew who went missing on the 13th October exactly at 1300 hour, left some hope to be found. Grace Wong, who wasn't found after being identified on 14th of October, left us with a last smiling face.
Both were hardworking and brilliant students. Both had a dream to be someone someday. That dream they strive for, now killed along with their lives.
The Forensic Investigation Team (F.I.T) had confirmed Gareth's and Grace's death at 1300 hour today. They were disposed at 13th floor of Wisma HELP. The floor is currently sealed and no one is allowed to pass through. No photos will be released upon request of the victim's family as well as the restriction of any leak to the cyber world.
It marks another day, where the whole nation shall have a moment of silence tomorrow around 7.00 pm to pray for Gareth's and Grace's death. May their souls rest in peace.
F.I.T had doubled their team to work on the case. "Such act is intolerable, and we will do everything within our power to catch the killer !" vowed Angelreena, Assistant Lieutenant of F.I.T. In the meantime, we advice everyone to be cautious wherever you go.
